Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
  • A space is only secured once payment has been received in full.
  • Due to high demand, bookings must be made by the stated monthly deadline.
  • Unpaid spaces may be offered to those on the waiting list or to the public.

Commitment to Block Bookings

  • Art Club spaces are booked in monthly blocks to ensure continuity and progression.
  • By booking, you are committing to the full block of sessions for that month.
  • Individual session bookings are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Payments are non refundable..
  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions.
  • Rescheduled sessions will be offered for any sessions that need to be cancelled.

Waiting List

  • If a session is fully booked, you may join the waiting list.
  • Spaces will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
  • If a place becomes available, prompt payment will be required to secure it.

Illness & Absence

  • Please do not send your child to sessions if they are unwell.
  • Unfortunately, missed sessions due to illness cannot be refunded or transferred.

Behaviour

  • I aim to provide a safe, calm, and creative environment for all children.
  • Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
  • If a child’s behaviour is consistently disruptive, I reserve the right to withdraw their place.

Allergies & Food

  • Due to allergies, no food should be brought into sessions.
  • Please inform me of any medical conditions or allergies in advance.

Collection & Responsibility

  • Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session.
  • Responsibility for children begins at the start of the session and ends at collection time.

Photography & Social Media

  • Photos of artwork and sessions may be taken for promotional purposes.
  • No names or faces will be used without permission.
  • Please inform me in writing if you do not wish your child to be photographed.

Changes to Sessions

  • I reserve the right to make changes to session content, timings, or dates if necessary.
  • In the event that I need to cancel a session, a replacement session will be offered.
